When you reserve, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and delivery address you type in, the loaves you chose, the Saturday you picked, which sister you selected as your baker, and any notes.

If you tick the SMS consent box, we also record that you did, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time you ticked it.

Payment is collected later through a secure link sent by text (card, Zelle or Venmo). That processor handles your payment details; we never see or store card numbers.

The site may collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP). We do not sell this data.

To bake and deliver your order, confirm it by text, send the payment link, and follow up after delivery.

If you opted in to texts, we may occasionally text you about new bakes or offers. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out never affects your order.

We do not sell or rent your information.

We share it only with the services that run the bakery: our CRM (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), and the payment processor you pay through — and only as needed to fulfil your order.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our customers, our rights, or the public.

We keep order records as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and record-keeping rules. You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time.

Las Sistas Sourdough is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised policy.
